Service and accounts
ScanFirst provides restaurant ordering, kitchen, billing and subscription tools. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their shop information, menus, operating settings and staff access. Keep account credentials private and assign staff only the permissions they need.
Subscriptions and payments
Available plans, limits, trial eligibility, billing cycles and checkout amounts are shown during registration. Restaurant customer payments and payments for a ScanFirst subscription are separate. Complete the operating setup checklist before accepting orders.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful restaurant operations. Do not access another shop's data, misuse accounts, upload harmful content or interfere with the service.
Items requiring operator review
Before publication, add the applicable renewal, cancellation, refund, termination, support, liability and jurisdiction terms, and a working contact address.
Privacy Policy
Draft status
This working draft describes the data used by the product. The operator must complete its privacy commitments and contact details before publication.
Account and restaurant data
The service processes owner and staff account details, shop information, menu data, orders, bills and operating settings. Restaurant workflows may also process guest contact details supplied for an order and documents uploaded by an owner.
Authentication and payment providers
Authentication uses a session cookie. The browser also stores guest cart and interface state. Online subscription checkout uses the configured payment provider; ScanFirst stores order and payment references to verify activation and keep payment history.
Access and administration
Shop permissions restrict staff access. Platform administrators manage subscriptions and support operations. Activity and payment records support administration and reconciliation.
Items requiring operator review
Before publication, document hosting and subprocessors, retention and deletion periods, the handling of requests to access or correct data, incident contact details, and the applicable privacy obligations.
